The first step in ordering is knowing the set up cost or the origination cost .

GOOD ARTWORK :

Good artwork is very important to produce a clear,strong print . The supplying of a business card or a letterheading is not suitable for camera-ready artwork (unless in a clear black & white or 1 colour ) in order to manufacture goods to your satisfaction .

COST OF ARTWORK :

Reproduce of existing artwork @£10.00per colour (upto 6 colours). New logos @£15.00per colour (upto 1 colour then £10.00 thereafter).

Computer disk surcharge @£12.50 per colour (upto 6 colours). If artwork is supplied on a computer disk,it must be with a hard colour copy outlining colours (pantone). A surcharge at cost in the event of disk not being compatible with our own hardware/software.

If artwork supplied is approved by you the customer and us Image promotion for printing there will be no further cost ,this eliminate the cost of artwork altogether. Any Pantone colours must be approved prior to production .

When the price includes a STANDARD print colour this will be reasonably close to YOUR SUBMITTED COLOUR SWATCH .

Exact colour matches are not always possible as colours printed on paper cannot necessarily be reproduced on items such as plastic, especially coloured items . to obtain a very close colour match an extra charge at cost will applied to match a special colour.

Embroidery artwork & cost :

Prices qouted includes up 6.000 stitches in any one location. It also includes cost of garment.

Origination Cost :

If your design consists of text only (in a standard font that we have) there is a set up charge of £10.00 with a maximum of up to 6.000 stitches. However , if your design incorporates a specific logo, there will be an origination charge based on the number of stitches in your design.

Charge at £7.00 per 1000 stitches. An average pocket logo has approx 6.000 stitches. This is a one off charge
